The products have a segmented design where the diamond segments are sintered (baked) on to the steel core. Typically the blades have 7mm high segments and last more than 50 times longer than conventional cutting-off wheels. However, the Flexovit PRO (longer life) segmented diamond blade features 10mm high segments and lasts more than 40% longer than the standard blades
